About the President

Colby W. Sawyer, MPA, is the Founder and President of Croatan Solutions, LLC. A lifelong North Carolinian, Colby has more than a decade of Public Safety and Emergency Services experience. In his spare time, he enjoys sportfishing, reading, and hiking.
